Social media has become an essential tool for businesses to reach their target audience and promote their brand. And one of the most effective ways to do that is through videos.

The recent video made by two alleged former employees of Steer, a company in Providence, has shed light on the mistreatment faced by workers in the workplace. This is not the first time that videos have been made about not being paid and other forms of abuse in the workplace. As someone who has personally experienced lack of pay while working at Steer, and heard similar stories from others, it is disappointing to see such mistreatment happening. However, I am glad that these two alleged former employees came out and spoke the truth. As other companies, all we can do is treat our employees well and ensure they are valued members of our team.
